1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.sugarpopsalon.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it.
• Use bots or scrapers to extract data from the Site beyond what our robots.txt permits.
• Submit false or misleading information, or book appointments in someone else’s name without their permission.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

3. Services, Pricing and Booking

Prices shown reflect our standard service pricing. Select services with an Owner/Educator are priced higher and will be reflected when booking. Prices subject to change.

Sugar Pop is a non-tipping salon, the price listed is what you pay. Online booking is provided through Zenoti, and appointments are also subject to the terms shown when you book and to our studio policies on age requirements, arrival and cancellation, listed on our Book page. Offers shown on the Site, such as new-client pricing, apply as described with the offer.

Viewing the Site or sending us an inquiry does not create a booking or a contract. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation.

4. Information on the Site

Service descriptions, FAQs and pre + post care guidance on the Site are general information to help you prepare. They are not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, take medication, or are unsure whether a service is right for you, talk to your esthetician or a healthcare provider before your appointment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Sugar Pop Salon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site links to or embeds third-party services, such as Zenoti online booking, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Sugar Pop Salon disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Sugar Pop Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). These Terms cover the website only. Nothing here limits any rights you have regarding services performed at our studio.

8. Communications and Consent

If you give us your phone number through the Site and agree to be contacted, you consent to calls and text messages from Sugar Pop Salon about your inquiry or appointments. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
