Some skincare products + medications can make the skin around your brows more sensitive or fragile. Please let us know if you use retinol, tretinoin, strong acids or acne medications before your service. Your esthetician will assess your skin first + make sure it's healthy enough to sugar safely.

Two to three days before, not the morning of, so any pinkness has time to settle. If it's your first visit with us, book a shaping a few weeks earlier as well. That gives us a mapped baseline to work from and means no surprises on the day that matters.
