POLICIES

• You must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at Sugar Pop or accompanied by a legal guardian.

• If you are more than 5-7 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule or shorten your scheduled service(s).

• Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice so we have enough time to fill your time slot with another client wanting to schedule services. In the event that we do not receive the required 24 hour notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of your booked service total. This policy is vital for us to be able to pay our service providers for their booked time, and for us to remain in business.
